3M is seeking a Costumer service Representative for our Marketing and Sales Operations department. This position will be located in Belen, Heredia as part of our Global Service Center in Costa Rica. Job summary:

This position is responsible for provide and excellent costumer service , to the costumers of the company doing: follow up of their concerns, claims and purchase order, will give support to the sales area for the correct application of the company's policies so the customers can have great experience clarifying their doubts or requests.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Give reception, Processing and monitoring of purchase orders of the company's customers
  • Give personal and telephone attention to queries about products and services offered by the company
  • Implement the supplier certification program while maintaining an update record and making periodic visits to them
  • Review the complaints. Processing merchandise adjustments and returns
  • Promote and offer 3M products
  • Create reports on variables of service cycle
  • Be part of projects related to sales, marketing and logistics

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Fluent English is a must ( 80%)
  • Costumer service experience (at least 1 year)
  • Secondary complete
  • Collaborative Team Player
  • Analytical
  • Detailed oriented
  • Costumer oriented
  • Follow 3M policies
  • Interest in 3M products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Language skils
  • Negotiation skills
  • sales experience
  • SAP Experience preferred, not mandatory
